At AniGuess, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we're here to help.

1. Returns

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned: digital products, downloadable content, gift cards, and items marked as final sale.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us through our store with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with instructions on how to send your item back to us.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you've done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us.

6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us through our store.

7. Shipping Costs for Returns

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
